Rita Romero

Rita is our dental assistant who possesses vast experience in general dentistry. Rita holds a degree in dentistry from Venezuela. Since 2023, Rita has been working in the United States as a lead dental assistant in general dental practices before joining Advanced Dentistry of Fairfield County.

Rita enjoys working side by side with Dr. Rapp as they help guide Patients through their dental treatment. Rita prides herself on helping create a positive experience for every dental patient. She believes that every smile tells a story, and being part of that story while helping people transform their smile into a healthy smile is the most rewarding part of her career.

Liliana Solis

Lily is an experienced Office Administrator and Receptionist with over three years of experience in the dental field. She plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by managing patient scheduling, handling insurance coordination, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for.

Before stepping into administration, Lily completed dental assistant training and gained two years of hands-on experience assisting with procedures and patient care. Her background in both clinical and administrative roles gives her a well-rounded understanding of dental practice operations.

Lily brings a warm and friendly approach to every interaction, helping patients feel comfortable and understood. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree, balancing her studies with her passion for dentistry and patient care.
