Rita Romero

Rita is our Dental Assistant with experience in general dentistry. She holds a
degree in Dentistry from Venezuela and, since 2023, She’s have been working in the United States as a lead dental assistant in general practices. Her role includes strong clinical responsibilities, always focused on precision, organization, and patient-centered care.
She is skilled in Chair Side Assistance, Digital Radiography/X-Rays, Temporary Crown
Fabrication, iTero Scanning, Instrument Sterilization, ScanX, Invisalign, Patient Care, and. She
has advanced experience in Coronal Polishing, Pit and Fissure Sealants, Bleaching, Whitening
Tray Fabrication, and Composite Assisting. She is also proficient in Suture Removal, Patient
Records, Four-Handed Dentistry, and Pouring Models, with basic knowledge in Orthodontics Assisting.

Rita is known for her teamwork, effective communication, and attention to detail, which allow her
to support a smooth clinical workflow and ensure a positive experience for every patient. She is
also always eager to learn, as she believe that even within the same field

She is a native Spanish speaker and proficient in English, which helps her connect and
communicate effectively with a diverse patient community.

Liliana Solis

Lily is an experienced Office Administrator and Receptionist with over three years of experience in the dental field. She plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by managing patient scheduling, handling insurance coordination, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and cared for.
Before stepping into administration, Lily completed dental assistant training and gained two years of hands-on experience assisting with procedures and patient care. Her background in both clinical and administrative roles gives her a well-rounded understanding of dental practice operations.
Lily brings a warm and friendly approach to every interaction, helping patients feel comfortable and understood. She is currently pursuing her college degree, balancing her studies with her passion for dentistry and patient care.
